I started prepping a big NATO / SHAPE (Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe) submission for r/conspiracy last year after watching the entire Kay Griggs interview from the 90's. I got a bit buried under though, and then my account was banned. I did find some interesting things:
SHAPE HQ in Belgium seems to be the only military base that's blurred on google Earth. It wasn't always, according to google earth history... but it's interesting none the less.
Also interesting is how close it is to some of these major castles and estates in that part of the continental Europe. Y'know, the ones where it's rumored they rape and sacrafice children in satanic ceremonies.
One other interesting little tidbit: The original patch for Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force / SHAEF (Precursor to SHAPE) soldier's fatigues is this: A flaming sword under a rainbow. Very odd IMO.

As to the rainbow, Cathy O'Brien wrote a book called "The Trance Formation Of America" about her experiences as a mind controled slave and the Wizard of Oz and the rainbow featured heavily in her abusers techniques of mind-control:
