I never got this line of argument and if anything it seems like shillery to distract from reality. The video looks like she gets shot, and your picture does literally nothing to counter that notion
You said you saw video. Tell me how a gun pointing straight, hits her in neck on left side
Post the video time stamped to the shooting and illustrate your point because I disagree entirely with your characterization.
According to the video just before he shoots he shifts the gun up and to the side
