When the msm will give you all the air time you need, remove anything that makes you look bad and fluff up your words to make them sound good, you don't need to use your Twitter account to get the real truth out to the public.

As for mean tweeting, Biden prefers to do that face to face when insulting and threatening members of the public, or through his EOs where he's chosen to shit on women in sports, white male business owners and legal citizens of the US.
