Did she get Moderna or Pfizer? Moderna recently warned vluents that anyone who got vaccinated should beware of "complications" and that "they would know if they had complications"
It's not being put in writing. Hospitals are being asked to check patients. "A bad batch" went out causing complications they don't want going too public.
If by bad batch you mean the whole vaccine then sure
I don't even know what makes the "bad batch" different from intended but it's bad enough they want everyone aware and won't put it in a email or paper memo. Face to face only updated.
