It's when the rocket detaches from the booster.
When/where was this footage taken.m good place to start to figure out what it was.
It may look like it's hovering in one spot.. but is it?
Also would an alien craft be likely spewing smoke.. the environmentalists would be harrassing them.
I'm thinking Military as well.
It's slowing down and boosting back to Earth. SpsceX is only rockets that can do this.
Find date / time / location I guarantee you find a Falcon 9 launch.
Falcon Heavy does it with 2 more boosters
