What do y'all make of Putin? Just watching his address at Davos and he's kinda interesting. It almost seems as though he wants things to turn around.
Here's a quote that made my ears shoot up:
around the ~28:45 mark: "...it is clear that an era associated with attempts to build a centralised unipolar world order is over, it hasn't started even, there were attempts to do this, just that, but it's over. Such a monopoly was inherently contrary to the cultural and historical diversity of past civilisations."
Are we on the home stretch?!?!
You may be right, there's no way to know without having access to his intentions. We can all play word games (maybe not as well) as Orwell.
But it struck me how the rest of his talk was basically focused on how everyone in the world is getting short-changed in USD/day + living-standard terms. It seems incongruous to be spending 30 odd mins of your address highlighting that kind of stuff, and saying something to the effect of: 'we need to do better - without war, because civilisation won't recover', dropping this world order bomb - but it all being doublespeak?
That reading seems off. I'd normally expect someone rooting for the parasites to gloss over the shit-end-of-the-stick when they tell us all is fine. Y'know what I mean?
It is named populism. Putin always talks about the need for good things and about fighting bad things, but always do opposite. He talks about rising living standards and do everything to lower them. He talks about family values and sign laws to destroy them, He talks about law-abiding business and make the laws nobody could follow.
So, forget it. His "concern about people" - is just another heap of bullshit, mostly for use in internal propaganda. Russian MSM already began to cite that bullshit in attempts to distract the people from the problems with his criminal palace.
That is his main message to Schwab. "Build Back Better", "Great Reset" and all that stuff. He officialy gives Schwab a consent. It is right in your sight.
Interesting take, I'll have to read more.
