Was told by my doctor years ago to never wear my scarf around my face no matter how cold I am if I am
sick. Live in New England and couldn’t get rid of bronchitis one cold, pedestrian life winter. He specifically told me I was too bundled up and incubating the illness. That was over 10 years ago. The masks have never made sense to me. When we cough/sneeze the force is a natural projection away from you for a reason. Your body is expelling the germs and doesn’t want them in your body. That’s a good thing, let it happen. It’s absolutely moronic to breath them in all day on a piece of fabric. I would never cough or sneeze into a mask. Do you blow your nose and leave the tissue on your face for hours?
