You go to a government quarantine centre if you :

Come from anywhere but the USA via airplane
Don't live here and are on vacation / business
Don't have proof of a PCR negative test

A quick check on the new updates provided this information in a few seconds.

Have your negative test pass? Go home, you may be asked to self isolate for 10 days.
