Lest we forget he was on a short list of "pied piper" candidates for the DNC. 1) Ted Cruz, 2) Donald Trump, 3) Ben Carson.

Piper candidates are a.k.a. "controlled opposition candidates".

Be honest here, Trump could not arrest to prosecute any of the deep state because over half of the top DOJ positions were occupies with Obama loyalists, CIA loyalists and Democrat Loyalists. There were enough who hated the outsider President that they resurrected barriers upon barriers so Trump would. It be able to do anything and the swamp was never drained.
