I stongly suspect Barron and Trump's grandchildren were threatened if he didn't shut up and get out of the way. In that case, I can't blame anyone for protecting their family.

But it’s not protecting them in the long run. Unless they have literally become part of the cabal, in which case they have become enemies of humanity.
