Why would you zoom out when there's actually something happening? That structure is still in place and has people wandering around at the top. Is that for press or security?

Yes, it zooms and pans on a timer. I've seen this camera several times before.
This really hurts the "it's all part of the plan" narrative, few kids gotta get abused, or at the very least go over for extreme nighttime visits, for the public to wake up!
Yup, it's fucking infuriating. Why the fuck would you zoom out at this particular moment? My answer is, I think the camera-cunt was protecting Creepy Biden.
