I watched the Trump signing ceremony and could not spot a gold fringe on the flag. Biden's has one.
It's interesting noticing this now. Trump alternates with the flags. Some shots he has it others not. The Fringe flag became prominent in the oval office after Coolidge presidency. Coolidge did not. Check out whitehouse museum photos.
