TBH, we are better off setting sail and Founding our own Sovereign Country/Orders. Sovereign micro-nations FTW. Can't beat TPTB, so we might as well sail along side them whilst hurling canon balls in their general direction like pirates :)
Don't try to make your own state run bank, that never goes smoothly. Just get one of those pre-made centralized ones and you won't be killed or thrown into a pointless war
