If he is fighting COVID foremost. Immigration policy is not happening. Absolutely redundant allowing mass immigration in a pandemic.

Too late, he already reversed most of trump's immigration policies this afternoon. He was never in favor of "mass immigration" (whatever that means) anyways. Immigration only dropped a few percentage points under trump.
Except who is being granted citizenship in a pandemic. Shortly who is entering. If he actually wants to solve COVID. It is a catch .22. No sooner are there vaccine passports.
What immigration, it has just gotten 10x harder than even Trump. Despite him being a two faced nounce. He makes up bullshit because it appeases meanwhile it just gets worse and blows everywhere.
Reversed means nothing right now.
Infact let's get past the next few years first before any of his bullshit come to fruition.
