Some are lower in IQ, do not have similarly developed neocortexes, lack many genes for higher intelligence, and have a genetic predisposition toward violence (the MAOA gene, for example). Anyone that thinks race is just skin colour has done no reading into the differences between races. Why argue about something you know nothing about?
