Now why would they be afraid of that happening? Is is because they know Biden is an illegitimate POTUS? OR Is it because that's what they would do if the situation were reversed? MKUltra a sympathetic soldier into assassinating Trump?

Also, isn't announcing that soldiers are not armed clearing the way for the violence and chaos they're supposed to be trying to prevent?

It seems like they are desperate to trigger violence, of some kind, any kind...
