You showed a code not the mythical Insurrection Act. The publication is published by Gen Milley. It’s the highest level open source periodical for the joint force. It is written by senior level officials in the DoD.
My point was to show that Trump does have the authority to use the military and it seems to be on the minds of leaders. I especially liked that it called out conspiracies. But people like Lin Wood claiming Trump signed some act that has a specific proper name is lying. No act exists by that name. He is acting like he has all this evidence and insider info but does not.
