Humans losing all rationality, sanity, human nature and among those things while being infused with machines to "prevent Covid". Once murder becomes legalized or the leaders of the world were "kill by Covid" (actually hidden in bunkers), people will really go crazy and the suppressed emotions will explode, filling the cities with blood and dead bodies.

If they wipe out 95% of the remaining population via self-killing, there is no need for vaccinated control and the Elite can simply emerge, exile the former humans to the wilderness where they perish and create test tube humans or clones that are stronger, more beautiful and more obedient than us.

Sorta like the ideal subordinate of God.
