Sounds like someone has been watching/listening to content about International/Papal Law, UCC, Common Law, and Civil Law ;)
My guess would be probably down the ItalyGate rabbit hole. Sovereign Citizen is asinine, but, there is a reason TPTB pushed it out, then attacked it. People know fuck all about truth of the world we are living in.
