My guess would be probably down the ItalyGate rabbit hole. Sovereign Citizen is asinine, but, there is a reason TPTB pushed it out, then attacked it. People know fuck all about truth of the world we are living in.
Did you research this? Did you actually look into it? Did you check if what the person said was valid? If not, it's probably an article full of disinformation.
