The elite's strategy was first to install Obama to pave the way, then install Hillary as a pawn. That failed and then they have fixed the election to install puppet Biden. Should he or Harris trigger an open revolt, it is possible the UN can be invoked. But I think the elite's net path is to fully install total control of Congress by frauded numbers of wins.
