You probably already know this but the JCS is compromised.
They created the CIA and eventually authorized Operation Northwoods (9/11).
Maybe there are respectable people there now, but they got co-opted during 9/11 with continuity of government, patriot act and all that.
This could actually be Neocons attempting to call the shots from overseas.
Or it could be real, even worse.
