It is not conspiracies.win itself. It is a thumbnails of twitter images posted by participants. Seems that engine of *.win use some twitter API's to get them. And each time your browser loads that thumbs from twitter, twitter tries to track you. Use uBlockOrigin and disable twitter.com requests here.
