I saw video of blackouts, roadblocks, and a massive convoy of undercover police/military vehicles. Reports of communications being down. What the fuck is going down? It must be a pretty big fucking deal considering. Anyone have any info or interesting thoughts?

I know for certain it was blacked out the other night. But is this part of a security system?
