I saw video of blackouts, roadblocks, and a massive convoy of undercover police/military vehicles. Reports of communications being down. What the fuck is going down? It must be a pretty big fucking deal considering. Anyone have any info or interesting thoughts?

I am watching the live feed right now and swear to god there is a green laser coming down from the sky scanning the front entrance. It is definitely green laser and it's definitely coming from above.
Sometimes the sound cuts in and it sounds like a heli above.
