How do we know the win user axolotl_peyotl is the same one as on reddit?

A couple of us were discussing this in another post. But how can we confirm u/axolotl_peyotl is the same one as on Reddit? How do we know it’s not a fake meant to mislead us and waste our time?

Weird dude, this thought literally went through my own mind a few hours ago and I have this to say regarding my thoughts processing the possibility:

His speech pattern is consistent and familiar.
Content posted is in line with expectations.
Pretty confident in my discernment that I would have been mentally alerted if it was a fake. This may be more intuitive than scientific but thats what I have.
