The IP address (167.114.145.140) isn't a CloudFlare IP, it's an OVH Canada IP.

Yes, I'm aware, but it identifies the jurisdiction that the server is hosted in. This means one of two things:

Nothing, because the server's not breaking their ISP's terms of service.
The server gets taken down for violating their ISP's terms of service.

I'm waiting to see which happens :3
