No it didn't. I watched it. it was almost blacked. Looked like night time lighting, but not black out. Plenty of lights. and normal papal operations inside as per the live feed.

You don't think that IF there was a blackout, that the Italian media wouldn't notice it and report it? Or it wouldn't be all over bitchute/twatter/gab/parler/Italian forums? Nada there, nothing.
