You also do not need your name printed under your signature in legal documents in Italy. The affidavit also doesn’t need a seal, this can clearly be seen in a General affidavit template. I also don’t know what you mean when you say the id is expired, there is no id as far as I can see on this document.

No, unequivocally no, the EU does not allow for the recordings to be zoomed in unless there are multiple angles simultaneously recording.

Yes, it would be sealed similarly to here in the USA with a notary to make it a legal document that this is a sworn legal statement given without coerce and if his free will in accordance with all local and state laws.
