No one said that is was currently happening, it's just a prediction of what is about to come. Given Google's history of Orwellian censorship, and everything going on right now, it seems more likely than not that it will happen.
I imagine It would be pretty hard to Orwellian censor Orwell.
They censor everything else with ease.i doubt in a year or so you will be able to find a print copy
