In no fucking way!!! They would have to recreate the entire environment that they walked and stayed over.. a 3d desk.. a 3d chair.. shadows..
00:30 HOW THE FUCK they removed the papers in Erdogan's video (next to his hands)???????? IF YOU PAUSE in 00:22 you can see her limbs doesn't match in the same position as him.. SOOO the CGI designer FOR SURE had to recreate the entire chair.. which is fucking a huge amount of effort (hollywood style and at least a month of 3d editing to match the fake 3d chair with this woman). I know that because I'M A 3D PROFESSIONAL.. At 00:27 they had to recreate the entire TABLE, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! Because his hands are above it.. and her hands are not... So, IT'S NOT FAKE in my opinion :) They probably enacted the whole situation to cover up.
idk tbh. If you look up the woman in the video, she seems to be wealthy enough or know people who are wealthy enough to afford to create a "fake" video like this.
Man, that's a superb and well done fake.. too much work done there if it's fake.. I don't buy it being fake..

LOL! Nope at all.. It's called composite.. You could never remake a complete scene without inserting 3d objects on it .. (objects that appears in front of your inserted character).. it's not as simple as a green screen and it would take at least 2 months of HARD work to get it done right.
