"Contacts" and people "who pose a public risk". In otherwords, you don't even need to have the disease to be thrown in detention (and of course you'll just catch the disease if thrown in such a camp).

This will likely be expanded to anyone who doesn't take the vaccine because, "they pose a public risk" (even though if you had the vaccine you shouldn't be concerned if it actually worked?)

Truly scary stuff. We aren't far behind having our own Uighur concentration camps coming to the US. This is just the beginning.
