Hey man if you’re feeling guilty about yourself that’s your own thing. There may be someone you can talk to about that. Ideally to progress as a society we can be up front about what we might feel guilty about, and then work to combat and solve it.

I’ve met pretty lovely city folk and country folk. It’s all about how you relate to them!
