Hi guys, the mainstream will have you believe that the only treatment for ADHD is medication, primarily stimulants.
While I agree they are affective, they come at a price, literally and figuratively.
Besides meditation and exercise, which definitely help, have others been able to treat their ADHD with non-conventional methods? Can anyone suggest books to read on the topic?
We use a strict vitamin regime and this light (especially during winter):

We also have tried magnesium, she didn't like it. GABA and thianine as well can help. I have also heard of some people finding that using a Himalayan salt light helps.
Good luck.
