Hi guys, the mainstream will have you believe that the only treatment for ADHD is medication, primarily stimulants.
While I agree they are affective, they come at a price, literally and figuratively.
Besides meditation and exercise, which definitely help, have others been able to treat their ADHD with non-conventional methods? Can anyone suggest books to read on the topic?
Qi gong / Chi kung / tai chi / yoga / meditation in general

Awesome. This was something I was meaning to get into.
Did you learn from Youtube or books? Any suggestions?
Thank you

That video showed me what was possible. From there I read and read and read but I’ll boil it down to 3 books:
The Magus of Java (PDF in that thread)
Qigong Empowerment: A Guide to Medical, Taoist, Buddhist and Wushu Energy Cultivation (Bought mine wouldn’t surprise me if it’s online somewhere though)
Energy Work - Robert Bruce
