LOL the antivaxxers are the ones that will contract the disease and die. Many of them were encouraged to go out and have fun, and they brought the disease back to their parents & grandparents. Many of them are now dead
Many of them will get the virus and it will be no big deal like it was for me and about 40 others I know including my grandparents. Virus is contagious but not dangerous. It’s like the flu except not as bad.
The danger level is dependent on the viral load you receive at the point of contact. A few viral phages will make you a little sick but you'll recover. A full cough with a heavy viral load will ensure many months of covid and possible death.
People need to understand how viruses work. Volume matters.
Duh. Death rate is going down for COVID bc doctors have learned not to shove a ventilator down every patients' throat after a year's worth of experience battling it. Steroids are more helpful, turning a patient onto their stomach is more helpful.
But that trend is reversing as ICU bed capacity is reaching zero across the entire country. My friend who is a doctor in NOLA says they're now turning away COVID patients who have oxygen levels above 90, basically only accepting patients who are about to die because they simply have no more space.
Oh wait, no, all the doctors in America are lying out of their ass about how hospital beds are filled up. It's all fake. It's a mass coordinated effort to pretend like they can't see normal cancer patients while having a laugh.
Is the death rate now 30%? Last I checked, still only 18,000 or so died from COVID in the US. Less people died in 2020 than the natural expected death rate.
Everyone I know who got it recovered. But no one cared when my grandparents died from not covid in yesteryears.
Death rate is close to zero for young people. 3% for the middle aged. 10% for seniors.
332,000 Americans have died from COVID in under a year. I can't wait to see how high that death toll will grow.
Ah. You think dieing with a positive COVID test or potential diagnose of COVID is the same as dieing from COVID.
Remember there's an undetermined false positive rate with tests, and doctors will diagnose covid before anything else because of the financial incentive to do so.
So, how many of that 300,000 actually died from covid?
