Will, imagine if you're that corporation, and imagine for a second IF she is lying, I will say if and give her the benefit of the doubt, she had fundamentally undermined the company and irreparably damaged is reputation in a global scale.
With the kind of money they have, the truth is irrelevant. If she's telling the truth, she doesn't have the capital to go toe to toe with a giant corporation, and she likely knows it. It's either defend the truth, or lose her life savings.
Dominion knows this, which is why they are throwing these lawsuits around. If they really believed these witnesses were lying, they'd pick on somebody their own size: Donald Trump
It doesn’t work that way. If you are an employer and the employee reports fraud especially if this is regarding federal contracts or state contracts then the employer has an obligation to investigate and is blocked from retaliating, terminating, harassing, or intimidation of the employee. So the employer / dominion is taking on a huge liability by acting this way. This is how guilty employers act when covering up fraud. In fact the employer is supposed to cooperate and report the fraud themselves to the authorities as soon as they are aware. She probably has a strong case already against dominion as a whistleblower.
You're free to believe that, I don't think so. The court cases are pretty much done, the part she had to play is over and the gop are going to drop her like a Kanye record.
I don't think she has anything here, and honestly, she came off a bit hysterical and drunk during the hearings. Hurt her credibility in my eyes.
Federal whistleblower cases take years. This has nothing to do with trump or the election. It’s a specific act called the whistleblower protection act. It is related to Employment cases too. If she has an attorney hopefully they help her. However the current climate is very politically charged and The Michigan attorney general is trying to get sanction against attorneys fightIng fraud connected to election. So it might be hard for her to get a lawyer.I would advice her to contact EEOC and file a complaint at least it would open an official investigation to make sure her employment rights were not violated. Poor thing, I would not want to be in her shoes. she is a hero for exposing these criminal acts. it’s sad that the executives have chosen Intimidation And retaliation rather than taking steps to fix the problems she exposed. Of course dominion executive don’t follow their obligations either whether it’s employment law, whistleblower laws, or election laws. However you don’t know that is also typical of companies committing fraud. Very sad but it happens everyday. It actually fits the legal definition of “conspiracy” to a tee!
Your characterization of her being drunk while she is publicly interrogated is cruel and horrible. Testifying in court takes a lot of courage. That she seemed like an amateur and not smooth or polished like cnn anchors tells me she was sincere and unrehearsed. You are part of the problem that whistleblowers face. Your type enable politicians and criminals get away with fraud.
Because a corporation with limitless legal resources threatening an individual with a modest salary is justice.
Justice is blind, that's the point.

She may have cost hundreds of people future work.
I would sue her ass into next week.
So now it's about who has truth in their side.
Does that make any sense?

Answer me this honestly, I'm stuck of fucking tell answers and blind devotion here.
Is it possible, in your mind, that she's lying ?
So she ruined her social and professional life and will risk prison for 5 years just for shits and giggles?
Given the risk she is taking, combined with the sheer lack of support and zero monetary gain, the chances of her lying are slim (but not zero).
