If the communications site was taken out and WAS the actual target, then no ordinary explosive device could have done the trick, it would have to be a bunker buster of some sort.

Cannot find the video clip from Tim Pool, but there was a section where he read Trump's reason for wanting to repeal 230. It was something along the lines of "we need to protect our movements". I think he meant that the black hats are spying on everything and removing 230 would basically cut the encrypted chatter so that the black hats could not expose the white hat movements.
Theory: If this building is a spy point for the NSA, then that "eye" has been poked out and they cannot "see" white hat movements. Since Trump cannot get support for 230 removal, a physical attack was needed to hide white hat operations. Christmas present for America? Depends on if NSA is white or black hat controlled.
