Is there a higher rate of bacterial pneumonia historically for professions which wear masks regularly? Ex. medical professionals, construction workers
Seems like there should be historical data for at least some such occupations. Do you know of any such analysis?

Operating Rooms are artificially oxygenated to help surgeons focus, stay awake with reduced intake from inhalation while wearing masks. Construction workers do not wear cloth facemasks like people are mandated to wear. False equivalence.
not what commenter referring to. Demoltion/salvage crews wear masks. Drywall crews mask up during sanding. Painters sometimes do. Crews blowing insulation into attics will. Fire/enviro damage clean-up crews wear masks regularly.
There's a handful of trades that regularly wear masks for 1-12+ hours at a shot. Within those trades, there should be a higher incidence of bacterial lung/airway infections if masks are petri dishes.
Exactly, thanks for clarifying.
