Creation requires inspiration first. ONE cannot create ALL; ALL allows each ONE within to create out of.

We exist within the motion of energy, and energy is the source of all information inspiring us to create out of. Why? For self sustenance, because energy creates motion, and motion creates energy.

"I am he who is" describes that part of ALL is within each ONE. Each ONE potential represents an individual part of ALL potentiality offered.
