Every flat earther has said that. Then you do some research. Then you say holy friggin crap.
I have done some research. I've watched talks, seen videos, read articles and the like. And, from what I've seen, it's a bunch of dudes that don't understand physics, math, astronomy and the myriad of other sciences that they attempt to debunk.
I've watched a shuttle launch firsthand. With my own eyes when I was a kid. Then, magically, 17 or so days later it came back and landed with no engines, no propellers, no rockets shooting out of the back, no means of moving forward but the speed it achieved falling. That alone makes me a massive flat earth skeptic.
moreover, they use blatant neural linguistic programming and outright hypnotic triggers to brainwash impressionable people.
I'm convinced this reprogramming of the mind breaks down the entire belief center, so that people no longer believe anything, and then they are only left with a absolute questioning paranoia, nothing is real, and they have nothing left to fall back on. It's like a mind trap set-up to ensnare conspiracy theorist- like a honey trap, very tragic what it does to people's brains. I have saved my brother from this unhealthy complex, I hope to save many others.
