They can take hold of that anger and aggression just like they did with 911 and they need a military force that will be hungry for war and want revenge.
Also, like 911, this false flag cyber attack will bring new laws restricting internet freedom in the name of security. It will mirror the bullshit KYC/AML regulations for financial institutions. If they do not do this, crypto will destroy their fiat Ponzi schemes and usurp their main source of power

Yes and companies (ISP's, websites, etc) will be forced to report "suspicious activities" (using vpn's or anything trying to hide your identity) to authorities because encryption is outlawed
