First, belief in reptilian aliens is not a bad thing.
Second, she hasn't said that she uses alien DNA. She said that the medical establishment is using it. Given that they're trying to sterilize us while telling us it's a cure, I wouldn't put it past them.

To be honest, it doesn't seem all that farfetched or "deep down the rabbithole" anymore - the events of the past year or two defy logical explanation, which forces us to reconsider things that would have previously been considered "illogical".
There is obviously a group of very crazy and/or evil people who wield a great deal of power in the world right now, and those people are both determined to hold onto their power and confident enough to think they are above the laws of the United States of America.
At this point, "they're actually evil aliens" and "there really are large numbers of humans that act like that" seem equally probable.
