Each ONE represents a segregated potential out of ALL, so ALL and each ONE have to be in constant communication, and since ALL is the source of information; that means that each ONE is a recipient of information. That is the conscious function of perception (input of information). An apple has this conscious perception, because it adheres to self sustenance by growing; it follows the collective impulse of sustaining itself (survival instinct).
All non lifeforms are automatically in adherence to self sustenance; thereby fulfilling the recharge aspect of the self sustenance of ALL. Why is that? Because form can only temporary sustain within the momentum (balance) of motion, which means we all are already within balance, which means there always has to be enough automatic recharge to sustain the balance within the loss the motion creates. Conscious life with the free will of choice adds to this balance.
