I haven't been following QAnon very much, but it is becoming clear that President Trump has been planning what he's doing in the courts, for at least 4 years given:
President Trump's Supreme Court Justice picks that are all experts in enforcing voter integrity;
The 2018 Executive Order about Election Fraud... and possibly the EO declaring an emergency because of foreign and domestic corruption...
Election reform was a major 2016 campaign promise and the only one he seemingly "forgot" about... or that's what I thought when President Trump didn't contest a single stolen seat during the midterms. I'm not certain he was setting up this honeypot.
Q has been telling us that this isn't just another 4 year election and we should trust the plan... perhaps we are now witnessing part of what the plan is? Q kept talking about how the Senate was safe during the midterms... perhaps that's because this was a honeypot?
I thought the SCOTUS was where this whole thing ended. 6-3 with a curated selection of would be loyalists? I genuinely thought Biden was about to get dunked on. Bad. I don’t know what happened. Or what chance Trump really has from here.
Are you referring to the SC Texas decision not to hear the case, because thank God they didn't... because if the SC concerned itself with states suing each other, it would render the state SCs moot and the SC would be flooded endlessly with appeals for EVERY case tried in every state SC.
People don't want to hear this, but it's the truth.
the case was denied on standing. can't use states for laws that harm you, otherwise it'd open the can of worms like WA can't have legal weed it damages Idaho or something.
i believe Trump re-applied where he's the one hurt by the violations, but I dunno where to confirm that...
