I know what you mean I have been going on a similar deep dive. But I know remedy to this. Step one: Have lots of kids, 3 minimum. Homeschool your kids. Don't get into debt. Read the gospel of John.

I am not being destroyed. The are a lot of good guys who are crushing right now. You can too! Get christ-pilled. No porn. Have a big family. Hang out with like minded people.
