Not global warming, per se, but that our arbitrary dates and times don't mean anything in researching 'the climate'. When I see on the news with the weather green screen whore every day that this specific day were these specific records, it seems meaningless. Just looking for like minds or anyone that has researched this beyond the first few pages of google.

It's leap year. Leap year is designed to keep the seasons relatively in place over the centuries but it isn't perfect so every, like, 8 leap years or something the seasons get off by like a minute or something. It's dumb but it's the best we've got.
I understand leap years, but i think the seasons themselves have shifted somewhat, more than a minute.
Yea, but you're not thinking about how long it's been going on for. Any scientist will tell you that, given enough time, the seasons will shift. It's not a secret.(I don't mean to sound snarky, i'm just trying to be helpful....text sucks for inflection)
