It still blows my mind that people don't know about 9/11. It came up at work between some other coworkers once. The guy trying to explain it to the other dude wasn't very knowledgeable. I slid into the conversation and told them about building 7. When they weren't buying it I showed them the video... now they're constantly questioning stuff and investigating conspiracies and get all excited when I'm on shift so they can talk to me about their findings on new topics. Its actually a lot of fun.
I love figuring out what coworkers have some conspiracy interests. Takes a while to get people to warm up, but there's always somebody to theorize with.
Building 7 is a great entrypoint, cause nobody's got a clean explanation for it.
Sometimes we play devils advocate and try to debunk eachother. I tell ya, trying to rationally explain building 7 is really hard.
Especially when you take into account the increased insurance policy taken out RIGHT before the attack.
That and tons of people being warned not to go to work... the fire fighter saying "get back theyre going to pull the building"

Ah man, that brings me back. Had a coworker that would do that with me all day. We'd pick an issue, each take a side and drill into it. Best way to really learn about something, IMO. We'd often find weaknesses on both sides and come out with a stronger perspective overall.
Also, sorry I called you names. You seem reasonable. Not making good excuses but we've had a lot of trolls and shills lately and I'm on a hair trigger.
It's all good, I was coming in hot. Everybody's on high alert these days.
Tensions are high. I work in Healthcare too and this year has been especially taxing.
